Suzanne Diprose founded Performance Advantage with an aim to optimise organisational performance in small to medium business and community organisations. With over 20 years senior management experience in the corporate and welfare sectors Suzanne's focus is on leadership, staff development, HR systems and processes.
Suzanne utilizes a mix of contemporary business models and methodologies that enhance the work environment, organisational performance and profitability.

Amy Howard joined Performance Advantage with a passion for maximizing individual performance and wellbeing in order to promote healthier workplaces and communities. With over 10 years experience in corporate training, coaching and counselling, Amy's focus is on stress reduction, optimal performance and wellbeing.

Vanessa Doller
Vanessa-lee Doller is a personal development coach for women, helping them find their inner strength, voice, and sense of purpose. She is passionate about her clients finding their deeper sense of self, and specialises in identifying and shifting beliefs that may be holding them back from being the best versions of themselves.
Vanessa has been inspiring and coaching people for over 20 years. She led and managed teams to personal and sales successes as a Store Manager for retail icons such as Tiffany, Gucci and Vodafone. A mother of one, Vanessa brings the same passion to her family that she shares with her clients, and shows her daughter a life of love and compassion.
Vanessa has a Diploma in Retail Management, a Certificate in Life Coaching, is eDISC Accredited, and is a trained facilitator in the Tuning into Kids Program administered by the Centre for Training and Research in Developmental Health at the University of Melbourne.
