Performance Advantage services are regular and include an on-site consultation each fortnight – other services are delivered or created off-site. The relationship with ICOM Australia is long-term (over 16 years).
Human Resource services have evolved over the years to move towards cultural management and support of managers and supervisors who daily are implementing the basics of employee supervision, performance management and team development.
Initially services were focussed on Human Resources policies and procedures, employee relations and the establishment of HR systems. Focus in recent years has been much more towards organisational development, succession, trouble shooting, and forward workforce planning to ensure relevance to the market conditions and challenges.
