A short recruitment project that recently occurred in which Performance Advantage helped the business proprietor define what they were looking for in terms of values, skills, knowledge and experience for their new team member. The vacancy advertising, content and potential candidate screening were completed by Performance Advantage prior to recommendations provided to Knox Travel for interview. The interview process was organised and supported by Performance Advantage and a successful candidate selected. Due diligence checks, negotiation of terms and conditions and the final written offer were provided as part of the service. We also investigated additional skills training and have a review scheduled for completion of the probation period. An orientation pack is currently under development to ensure a smooth on-boarding process, productivity and a successful outcome for Knox Travel.
